1 /5 June Tropeck: I asked Kathleen for a quote but she was “discouraged” due to the fact that she lost out on another quote A few months ago. Heaven forbid if we would inconvenience her, she had already made the decision that I was going to go elsewhere without even properly quoting the request. Great customer service Kathleen thanks for a great job!!! Apparently Henderson agency doesn’t need the business!
