Presence Bank - Coatesville (PA)

1 /5 Joe Madden: I am 62 years of age and this is the worst bank I have ever used. They offer no overdraft protection and the tellers routinely lie. I couldnt believe they didnt offer overdraft protection. So I asked if I set up a savings account would it cover possible overdrafts. The teller told sure, no problem. First time there was insufficient funds they refused to pay. I called them up and told them I opened a savings account to cover overdrafts. Oh no it doesnt work that I was told. So the Jacky, the teller I opened my account with outright lied. Now yesterday once again they refused to pay for something and then charged a $ 39 fee for refusing to pay it. If you want a reputable, full service bank I would steer clear of PRESENCE BANK.

1 /5 Summer12: This bank has no idea what they are doing and tell people that are not on your account your information!! A lawsuit waiting to happen! The new Holland branch is the only reason why I have not shut down my account!
