The lady who stated she was the manager turns out to be an assistant manager has no people skills and not only looks down her nose at you snickering, but is just down right disrespectful and rude. I will uphold my original deal with them and make my payments on time but they will never have the chance to serve me again, nor anyone who has a moment to listen to what I have to say.

2 /5 Mindy Cobler: Very disappointed with my last experience. My husband has been dealing with them for about 3 years now. He never missed a payment on his loan but when the car they was holding for collateral unfortunately burnt up. They received the money from the insurance and took care of a large part of our loan. Tried to get them to help us replace this car and was told they couldnt help! I wasnt asking for a $10,000 car!!! Now i have no way to replace this vehicle and have to figure out ways back and forth to work. Guess when you sign your life away you literally sign your life away. We will pay off the remainder of this loan but will think twice before ever getting a loan anywhere again. Very disappointed with this experience. They could have at least offered us to get a car of equal value!
