Starting with the first phone call, Vanessa, who normally answers the phone is always polite, patient, understanding.... After my parents passing Rob was very considerate and helpful making the transition. He assisted with my taxes during this sad time and I know he had my parents in mind when he worked with us. I have found that all my calls were returned promptly and anytime I needed a transaction of any kind it was done expeditiously. Communication with account information and taxes has been way above previous experiences.
