1 /5 Sarah Kalucki: If you use this company make sure you don’t use Nicole! She prepared my taxes and then sent me a receipt claiming she filed it. Come to find out a couple years later when I try to enter a payment plan I can’t because Nicole never filed my taxes. She quickly closed her business after and came to work for this company. But you can still find the company online Nicole’s Tax Service LLC, and you can read reviews I am not the only person she has done this to! When I reached out to her she claimed she shut down her business and doesn’t know what happened and does not have my information anymore. Then she offered for me to PAY her boss at this company to fix what she did to me!! So again DO NOT USE NICOLE..she will bill you and never provide services billed for then you will be left with a fine to pay from irs for not filing on time!!

After my parents used them for years and recently passed away I moved everything to One Financial. Starting with the first phone call, Vanessa, who normally answers the phone is always polite, patient, understanding.... After my parents passing Rob was very considerate and helpful making the transition. He assisted with my taxes during this sad time and I know he had my parents in mind when he worked with us. I have found that all my calls were returned promptly and anytime I needed a transaction of any kind it was done expeditiously. Communication with account information and taxes has been way above previous experiences. My bottom line is that I know that if something needs to be done One Financial Services will handle it accordingly. 100% confident with this staff and there abilities.
