5 /5 Shari Herrera: The staff was very helpful including helping with figuring out financials after my grandmas death. Even when other banks (including her own!) were not and said they couldnt do certain things without her signature (um, totally impossible now!), Washington Financial helped find ways to get things moved and done as needed just because my parents are their customer even though my grandma was not! Couldnt have gotten things figured out and in place without them.
