2 /5 Megan C: Processing times slow as heck, Ill keep a savings open here but will be doing all my direct deposits in the future with another bank. Not only are process times slow, theyll deny certain ACH transactions, but then they deduct it from your balance regardless then you got to wait 3 business days to get it back in which is weird cuz how did it leave the account if you refused to authorize the transaction? There is no 24 hour overdraft forgiveness if you overdraft as much as .49 cents, you will pay a 30 dollar fee and even if you put the money back in your account in an hour, dont matter. So theyre like on a 1990s banking model that I cant get used to. But if youre super rich and dont care about ungodly holds on your money, then it probably is a good bank. For paycheck to paycheck people like me, forget it. Plus theres virtually no customer service when the bank is closed.

3 /5 Lisa MacBride: Up until now things have been good. This past month my checking account has been targeted three time. The first two were caught by Fraud Detection it was great. This weekend was a disaster. Saturday evening I checked my account online to find that another scam took money out of my account. I was unable to get in touch with Customer Service as it was a weekend and I guess they are not available. I did report my Debit card as stolen as to try and stop the activity. I will now need to close my account and hope for the best in my recovery. So just know that Beaver Valley Fed Credit Union does not have after hour Customer Service to assist in these important matter. You will be on your own when the weekend and evening comes around.

1 /5 Jenn Nicely: I am a caregiver cna and went to cash my check and they want to hold it for 2 days! Becuase its over $200? I have cashed these checks there for 7 months now and never had an issue until today and I am in nursing school and my payment comes out ,I have been banking there for years now! And very disgusted with how I was treated today! Especially what is going on in the world right now!
