2 /5 Megan C: Processing times slow as heck, Ill keep a savings open here but will be doing all my direct deposits in the future with another bank. Not only are process times slow, theyll deny certain ACH transactions, but then they deduct it from your balance regardless then you got to wait 3 business days to get it back in which is weird cuz how did it leave the account if you refused to authorize the transaction? There is no 24 hour overdraft forgiveness if you overdraft as much as .49 cents, you will pay a 30 dollar fee and even if you put the money back in your account in an hour, dont matter. So theyre like on a 1990s banking model that I cant get used to. But if youre super rich and dont care about ungodly holds on your money, then it probably is a good bank. For paycheck to paycheck people like me, forget it. Plus theres virtually no customer service when the bank is closed.
