1 /5 Alexandra Lazor: Not pleased with the attitude i was given on the phone by an employee at this bank. I was asking about my balance and with this being my first time using this bank and its app was confused as to a few transactions and why they dont show when first bought... basically i was given attitude the entire time and the woman used a very condicending tone while telling me all the ways i messed up and the extra fees i was bound to get. I also have charges that i dont even know what they are but i didnt even ask because she was so rude and unhelpful id rather pay the fees and close my account with them. They sure know how to help their customers move right along to another bank!! Awful experience.
