After having gone through a totally frustrating experience with a local bank trying to close an account my sister had after she passed away I contacted Bill regarding an account she had with Ameriprise. He reviewed the transaction and advised me what he needed to take care of me. We met at his office and he immediately handled the transaction. Explained what we had to do and prepared necessary documents. Everything was mailed in and he helped me send in the finishing documents. His staff is friendly and also very efficient.
