David Caro I have been practicing law for 27 years but hadnt had the privilege of working with Ronald before a recent transaction. I honestly have not seen any business broker work so hard to shepherd a transaction through as Ronald. Ronald devoted his full time and attention to the transaction and no details were left unattended. Ronalds experience was evident as he understood all of the legal issues that were presented and in turn conducted negotiations on point, in the best interests the client; yet his decorum and conduct were that of true business professional.
