1 /5 A B: Another poor customer service interaction with another company. The list goes on! But I keep reviewing my interactions.
This company was made aware my family was trying to sell a vehicle we recently were putting up for collateral before we put it up for collateral. The pictures we sent them even had for sale signs in the window. We were never told how to get the title if we wanted to sell it.
Once the loan was processed my wife and I realized after a few weeks we were not going to use the loan for the purchase we were planning on making, so we simply paid off the loan
It has now been 6-7 weeks later, mind you that we were not made aware of the process to get our title back for our vehicle, but we also have been waiting this long with no answers as to where our title is. They deal in deception and dont care about customers. We had our vehicle sold weeks ago but cannot sell it because of this title issue and may lose out on a potential sale.
We have called this company numerous times and I even had to get stern with them to get an actual answer that in the end didn’t make sense.
