3 /5 kimberly brown: Friendly associates. Had to jump through hoops and then combine old loan into this new loan. Would have rather gotten a new loan so I just had 2 pymnts. So now instead of less than 2 years left on my 1 loan I now added like 2 more years and only received less than 3000.00 and interest rate went higher than my first one too so.

I arrived early for my appointment with Joe while he was at lunch. but others in the office worked with me until Joe returned and we finished the process It was a pleasure to see everyone working as a team to get the job done. Any future needs I may have I now know where to go and I will talk to friends to let them know what a great experience I had

1 /5 A B: Another poor customer service interaction with another company. The list goes on! But I keep reviewing my interactions. This company was made aware my family was trying to sell a vehicle we recently were putting up for collateral before we put it up for collateral. The pictures we sent them even had for sale signs in the window. We were never told how to get the title if we wanted to sell it. Once the loan was processed my wife and I realized after a few weeks we were not going to use the loan for the purchase we were planning on making, so we simply paid off the loan It has now been 6-7 weeks later, mind you that we were not made aware of the process to get our title back for our vehicle, but we also have been waiting this long with no answers as to where our title is. They deal in deception and dont care about customers. We had our vehicle sold weeks ago but cannot sell it because of this title issue and may lose out on a potential sale. We have called this company numerous times and I even had to get stern with them to get an actual answer that in the end didn’t make sense. 0 stars

1 /5 Anna Nymus: Any of the five star reviews on this page were probably done by people who were paid to increase the google star rating for this branch. Shut this place down. They’re terrible and seem to be where they hire the worst of the worst. Predatory loans are their strongpoints. Go through a reputable company if you need a loan. The interest rates are comparable to payday loans.
