1 /5 Shawn Fike: The representative Tonya is incredibly rude, inconsistent and unprofessional. Right off the start when I called she told me I needed to be fast because she had other things to do. Informed me on 4 different situations that she would call me back and never did. Being turned down for a loan is perfectly fine when there is communication being had, however completely unacceptable on many regards. After being told from people who had used this branch before to avoid talking to Tonya I fully understand why now.

Only thing I disliked was it seemed a little unorthodox on how they did the personal loan to buy a car. Other than that they were great to deal with and would highly recommend if youre looking for a loan

Steve Gittens So I drive truck all night and dont get alot of time to get to do things that need doing in life. I called this branch and asked if I can bring my daughter in to open a checking account at 1055 am now I realize they close at noon but we live 5 minutes away. And I know it dosnt take all day to do this.. I believe the teller I spoke with was marylin or something along those lines replied that I needed an appointment and that matt sets up accounts was booked today... I see now why wells fargo is closing so many branches..this is also why we are switching all of our accounts to ally bank. Sorry for the inconvenience....
