She has been an advocate on our behalf on more than one occasion and has gone above and beyond to help. We are changing insurance only because of a job change and, with it, employer coverage; otherwise, we wouldve stayed with the health insurance store, because of Alicias professionalism and kindness. Yetemar-Kenyell Cross It can be a dreadful wading through fields of thistles and rattlesnakes when it comes to getting taxes done. In all my years of tax time, Gardner’s rises mightily above most. A shimmering crown gem is Denise Zarilla, with 40 years of tax preparation experience. She made my overall experience quite enjoyable, and she really knows her stuff. Inside of the place feels way homier than any tax office, and the ambiance is equally homier than the spartan, sterile blandness of your average tax place. Five stars ALL the way.

AAA AAA Figured Id write a review since most of these reviews are old on here and they definitely dont deserve a 1.8 star! Ever since we moved to the area and needed a new bank they have always been very kind and helpful! Every experience we have had with them has been fantastic! I would say the only bad thing is their atm machine it does not like to take checks half the time. But otherwise everyone who works there is absolutely wonderful!

Marcus Kevin was super friendly, very patient when technical issues presented themselves, & meticulous when it came to procedure. He is clearly very knowledgeable of the online services & forms at Diamond. He saved me time navigating between the App & web during account setup. Any issues I encountered he confirmed what I experienced then documented them to improve the next user experience. As an IT professional & manager myself Kevin is the type of person I would invest in keeping with my company if I had any say about. Great work Kevin, you’re a rockstar!

Madison Lilley The couple that runs this place are great people! Easy to work with! Would give 100 if I could. Most places are pushy or seem to hide things they are very straight forward and tell you up front about what they will or wont take. They also are rather quick as to look at items can take some more time than others. They are efficient and fast. I appreciate how kind they are as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable as well and they share the knowledge so you are aware too! Will recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy similar items.
