bryna freeman They do not return emails or phone calls. Be warned, if you use your car title as collateral for a loan, they will NOT give it back to you under any circumstances. My car needed thousands of dollars of repairs to pass inspection and I wanted to trade it in for a better car. They would not give me the title back to do a trade in, so I purchased another car and my old car is sitting in my driveway not being used and I cant sell it without the title. They told me when I signed up for the loan that if I needed the title back for any reason, they would work with me, however, I have been trying to "work with them" for months to come to a resolution and they dont return emails or phone calls. When I finally get someone on the phone, they tell me they will check what they can do and then never call back.
