1 /5 bryna freeman: They do not return emails or phone calls. Be warned, if you use your car title as collateral for a loan, they will NOT give it back to you under any circumstances. My car needed thousands of dollars of repairs to pass inspection and I wanted to trade it in for a better car. They would not give me the title back to do a trade in, so I purchased another car and my old car is sitting in my driveway not being used and I cant sell it without the title. They told me when I signed up for the loan that if I needed the title back for any reason, they would work with me, however, I have been trying to "work with them" for months to come to a resolution and they dont return emails or phone calls. When I finally get someone on the phone, they tell me they will check what they can do and then never call back.

1 /5 Josh Haube: Racheal is annoying, I do not like her and if I wanted to talk to her I would call her back but the 12 ignored calls wasn’t enough of a hint. So I took my business elsewhere.

1 /5 Rubencita Torres: Customer service is normally good but Jen or Jenna is rude , I do not like this company cause they are similar to a loan shark I came to them with a car that I only owed about 3600 on I got a 1,000 then redid it not to long after for another 1,000 and long story short my loan ended up being like 8900 with them due to the interest rate to now my car payout is 5,000 for me I ended up paying more on interest than what the car is worth my car would of been paid off had it not been all that interest but as I spoke with her she is very condescending and nasty she proceeded to say we lend you the money so is it our fault you do not like this company and kept trying to get a payment knowing that the insurance is sending them a payout to pay car off!!!! Do not get scammed like I did you would end up owing a lot more on you car then what you did.

1 /5 Leroy Cockren: The agent was very unprofessional and had a bad attitude. Which is bad for business. I went to another financial agency and got a loan. I would never recommend one main financial to anybody. I hope the corporate office send someone or call the Lancaster office and act like a regular customer then theyll see what people are saying about the unprofessional service.
