Adam Y. Went inside to teller to cash a check that was written from BB&T. Teller informed me there is an $8 FEE for cashing THEIR OWN check because I do not have any accounts with them. Then she asked what bank I use and that they would love to have me close my account with my current bank and open one with them. I almost laughed out loud. Interesting way to solicite new customers, by charging them to cash their own check.

They have a diaper bank, small food pantry, provide resources, crisis assistance, transportation assistance, parent and child groups and events and a home visiting program focused on child development for prenatal- age 5.
