My wife and I started using Erics services at the 2017 tax season when we both needed A LOT of help with self-employment tax and tax corrections from the previous year. In that first year, Eric took the time to break everything down and explain what we did wrong the previous year, how he fixed it, and what we needed to do for the years to come. Honestly, he taught us so much that we may have been able to fumble through the process on our own. Of course we happily chose to continue with Eric because hes an expert and does taxes with great precision and timeliness. And his prices are unbeatable.
We moved out of state the following year and decided to continue to use Eric (and he was comfortable doing everything via the internet and mail) because 1) hes that good, 2) hes great to work with, and 3) he obviously cares about his work and doing the best he can for each of his clients. He easily navigated the complexity of multiple W-2s and states and some self-employment sprinkled in. And just one last accolade, he always takes the time to answer my questions during and outside the tax season. Hes an expert in his field AND he goes beyond to share his knowledge whenever I need advice.
