First Commonwealth Bank - New Castle (PA)

1 /5 Mary Mac Bakehouse: This branch has been unbelievably slow for months, both inside and out. Twice in July 2022 Ive left the Union Twp branch of First Commonwealth after waiting more than 15 minutes behind 1 car in the drive through. Today 4 tellers and 1 manager were working. Today I even tried to go inside, 1 other customer was there, when he was finished I was not called forward...I left after 5 minutes. So today-12 minutes in the drivethrough behind 1 car, 5 minutes inside behind one customer for 17 minutes. I left without making my business deposit and went to the downtown branch.If this continues to happen Ill change banks.

5 /5 A M E 3: I left First National Bank...they were charing me for paper statements when I had paperless service. They would not refund my money. They also never alerted me of this service that seemed to change my account automatically. The head teller was not always happy! They never seem to keep employees and bank managers...REVOLVING DOOR ..UNSTABLE BRANCH!!! My account is left with $0.68 Until they close it...

3 /5 Carol Monk: I am a new customer by way of a new car loan. While I got a rate that works for me, I’m not crazy about the coupon book, which is the only thing I will receive and I won’t be getting any statements with balance and payoff information. This is rather old school so in order to achieve what I need, I will have to travel to a branch each time I am making a payment as there is nothing in the coupon book to note extra payments to the principal. The person answering the phone was nice so I gave 2 stars because of that but I really do not like that the coupon book is the only thing I have to manage my car loan. Not happy at all.

5 /5 Jimbo Bigdude: Not one of the most popular "big banks" around the area, but this has a hometown feel to it. Ive only recently started banking with them and I truly enjoy going into the bank. Its nice to see smiling faces and to receive fantastic customer service. Also so helpful. Thanks!!!

5 /5 M M: Best banking experience always helpful and always remembers me and my dog when I go in I had an issue that was partly my fault and partly a online companies fault and the manager fixed it for me and saved me about $100 in over draft charges
