Vanessa Toledo Amazing!!! From the girls in the front desk to the rest of the staff. Princess helped me with my tax refund after i had a horrible experience with another tax agency. She was very sweet, comforting and explained to me step by step the process she was doing for my taxes. It’s nice to go to people who are honest and truly compassionate in trying to help. I would recommend them and will be return job every year from now .

Chris Langas I love WesBanco but I do not care for the women at the New Castle branch. They said they didnt know me and were rude to me and made me sit and wait when I did not have to I have been coming there for a year-and-a-half but yet they said they didnt know me. I will not go in that Branch again ever

They meet their clients often and are always available when the winds of change start blowing. Their expertise is in the Retirement sector which includes wealth and estate planning for individuals and families as well as Fiduciary guidance for Retirement Plan Sponsors (think 401k’s, etc) at Companies. I’ve personally observed Josh save companies money on their Plans and simultaneously provide better options and more value for their employees. No one is assigned a client # and the level of attention and follow up is quite impressive. I know this because I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Josh, Bob, Peter and Ron since late last year assisting them with CRM. They know the minutest of details about almost every single one of their hundreds of clients which is impressive because after 25 years in banking, I can tell you that most Advisers can’t even remember your name sometimes, let alone what your situation is. Response rates to clients are excellent and all clients are treated fairly, with actual compassion involved, it’s so refreshing.
