Dave Wyckoff Kissling et al filed my 2018 federal tax return. In 2020, I received a letter from the IRS indicating that my 2018 was in error and I owed an additional $1900+ in taxes plus $139 in interest charge. I had Kissling review my return and they admitted to their oversight on my return. As a matter of good business practice, I expected Kissling to reimburse the $139 to me. They did not.

Jim Furman Rick has been a huge help insuring success in my wifes and my retirement. He was able to highlight and correct areas of possible shortcomings. He has also been flexible since we changed our retirement plans when we sold our home and upgraded our 5th wheel to tour the country full time. He has always been accessible, responsive and candid about what plans are possible or might not be advisable.

My wife and I were the victims of Scammers from a Web-site selling Eyeglasses. The Scammers hacked our PayPal account. The entire Spring Street staff was ultra helpful, reassuring, accommodating and willing to help us navigate next steps. We stated out with Yaritza who was great, then to Amber. Amber knew exactly what to do, and who to contact. We cannot express how comforting and gracious Amber was!! She exceeded our needs, and did everything in her power right from her station. She cancelled account, got us new Debit Cards, set up a new Checking Account, so on and so forth. What Amber could not complete in her scope, she contacted their backline team, and then brought the Branch Manager Gylaine into the loop. Gylaine took the time out of her busy afternoon to assist and answer any of our concerns. Glyaine even called us back at the end of day with a detailed update. In the days leading up to our visit to CVFCU were upsetting and tumultuous for my wife and I. In leaving CVFCU we both felt as though the weight of the word was lifted off us. That was directly due to Amber, Yaritza and Gylaine. If you are not a member, let this review serve as a heads up on what you can expect from CVFCU - join!!!!!! Thanks again to Gylaine and her team, and to everyone at the main office also.

Dileshu Edwards Alicia Keslar, the agent we worked with anytime anything arose concerning my policy, has always been incredibly helpful. She has been an advocate on our behalf on more than one occasion and has gone above and beyond to help. We are changing insurance only because of a job change and, with it, employer coverage; otherwise, we wouldve stayed with the health insurance store, because of Alicias professionalism and kindness.
