Tony C We officially started with DB Root in March 2023, and we could not possibly be happier. We were referred by a family member and only regret not starting sooner. Jeremy, Taylor and Jody have been gracious, responsive and thorough. Every question weve had (which have been many) has been responded to quickly and again, thoroughly. My wife and I lost our jobs at the same time and there was a lot of uncertainty...what to do with 401K, company stocks, etc. We were looking for guidance and instruction throughout the process and thats exactly what we have received. We look forward to a continued great relationship for years to come.

Steve Gittens So I drive truck all night and dont get alot of time to get to do things that need doing in life. I called this branch and asked if I can bring my daughter in to open a checking account at 1055 am now I realize they close at noon but we live 5 minutes away. And I know it dosnt take all day to do this.. I believe the teller I spoke with was marylin or something along those lines replied that I needed an appointment and that matt sets up accounts was booked today... I see now why wells fargo is closing so many branches..this is also why we are switching all of our accounts to ally bank. Sorry for the inconvenience....
