1 /5 Jill Mellring: Make sure you agree to the pricing. I paid an extra $890. Stain protection I was not asked if I wanted it. I asked why he put it down and he said this is just a quote. Low and behold they applied it before signing the paperwork. It came with one key,(they did get me another) quite dirty, no owner’s manual. Unfortunately I took it through the car wash and my brake light filled with water. Mind you this is a newer car at $30,000 you’d think it’d be clean and working properly. I took it in and they told me it’s not under warranty but it’s $547. And if I paid $200 they’d cover the rest. I was given the excuse they don’t have a power washer so they didn’t know it leaked.I took leap of faith and went outside of my normal dealership. Where I know it’d of been clean and fixed with no questions asked. Sad to say this company is just out for your money.

5 /5 Mrs B: This is our 4th vehicle with this dealership. Chuck is amazing! I highly reccomend. He is incredibly honest and straight to the point. My only tip is they have a new owner ship which also includes a new financial guy, he is your typical sales man, be sure to double check your paperwork when your with him and dont feel pressured to buy things he offers you. Def ask for chuck if your looking for a new vehicle!

1 /5 Mike P: The only people left at the dealership are Donnie Bauer, the rest are from the Meadville Area. I have done business there for years except now i will buy a ford next time. Their service really SUCKS.
