I’ve had dealings with Sue over the span of a few years and she’s always been super professional and goes above and beyond to help. This particular situation was the first time I’ve worked with Cindy but she was also very professional. It’s rare to get a good customer service like these to provide in this day and age definitely should be acknowledged they are both a tremendous asset to Community Bank

Steve Gittens So I drive truck all night and dont get alot of time to get to do things that need doing in life. I called this branch and asked if I can bring my daughter in to open a checking account at 1055 am now I realize they close at noon but we live 5 minutes away. And I know it dosnt take all day to do this.. I believe the teller I spoke with was marylin or something along those lines replied that I needed an appointment and that matt sets up accounts was booked today... I see now why wells fargo is closing so many branches..this is also why we are switching all of our accounts to ally bank. Sorry for the inconvenience....

Lauren Kolachny This location brings the convenience and perks of dealing with a large branch chain but the customer service of a smaller family owned business. While good customer service is always expected, my experience today was beyond just exceptional customer service. The drive through was busy 6 cars or so in line but when it was my turn Brian greeted me with a great attitude and a smile that was radiating through his mask. He thanked me for my patience and informed me he’d be right with me. He was quick to process my transaction and sent me on my way with best wishes. While the interaction was quite short and through the drive through Brian left a lasting impression on great customer service and is certainly an asset to BB&T. Thanks again!

Katlyn Harris There is an Atm outside that accepts cash and checks to deposit to your acct :-) :-) over all pleased with my huntington bank experience
