2 /5 barbara huseman: I like they are there when a loan is needed, but I like to check my payoff quite often and it seems like I can only check it once a month. also I have been dealing with this co. even before it was one main financial. I have very good credit score and they arent very helpful on interest when it comes to repeat customers. they should give repeat customers lower interest rates but they dont. if you can get a loan with a lower interest rate somewhere else get it

2 /5 Latavia Lee: Applied to renew my loan, waited 4 hours didn’t hear anything. I know people are busy, but to refresh to say hey we are working on it or things aren’t looking good would of been appreciated. This is just something that can be improved on. I ended up making other arrangements and just not finishing through with my application. It worked out anyway.
