5 /5 Tom & Jes Murphy: We have been working with FNB since 2018 and have several pieces of equipment financed with them. We find their rates to be fair, their application and approval process to be fast and their customer service to be responsive.
1 /5 J. S.: Not only did they send my title in the mail with no signature required but they are also refusing to help resolve the situation. We have waited WEEKS to get a resolution but they clearly have no problems taking their payment on something that we cannot even plate. I would NEVER do business with this company. Save your self the time and trouble and find someone else to work with
1 /5 Handle With Care Moving: Would not recommend this company. Very RUDE customer service. They use COVID as an excuse! Unprofessional and unethical business practices has been their way of doing business in past 3 years. They should not be in business. My understanding that they got bought out by big bank and they cant careless what goes on in this part of their business.

Anna Ziegler Had to cancel because I lost my job and 2 months later they are still taking money out of my account and making me over drawn. Have called multiple times to get that money back and they have given me no response. If it was canceled 2 months ago I want that money back when I havent used your services.
