5 /5 Tom & Jes Murphy: We have been working with FNB since 2018 and have several pieces of equipment financed with them. We find their rates to be fair, their application and approval process to be fast and their customer service to be responsive.

We have waited WEEKS to get a resolution but they clearly have no problems taking their payment on something that we cannot even plate. I would NEVER do business with this company. Save your self the time and trouble and find someone else to work with

Unprofessional and unethical business practices has been their way of doing business in past 3 years. They should not be in business. My understanding that they got bought out by big bank and they cant careless what goes on in this part of their business.

Bill Meyer I have a friend that was in dire straights because the effects of COVID-19. She lost her job, could not feed her kids and was constantly being harrased by debt collectors. The people at FAIFS did everything to help her that they could and lifted a huge weight off of her shoulders. If you find yourself in this kind of situation, seriuosly consider using FAIFS instead of filing for Bankruptcy. Stay away from the larger firms that deal with creditors, the people at FAIFS deal with you on a personal basis and actaully care about their clients.
