Cynthia Perotti My husband Jim and I have been with the firm for many years. Thru the early years, Neal was our go to guy. Whatever questions or concerns we had, he always put our minds at ease. We can’t say enough about his professionalism and also caring that he treated us with. In many ways we felt like we were his most important people. Since Jim’s retirement, we have met more people. Most recently John McGowan. We had a wonderful conversation about our investments, but also a great time talking about our families with each other. We shared many laughs with him. It just made the whole call we spent together enjoyable and informative. Jackie Marie I have had to live on $75: a week , it took me literally from Dec 1 , 2023 to April ,2024 of me asking over and over for my money to replace my broken phone they do take out a fee of my money to mail me a check I do not get any statements of what I have each month . Thumbs up it was impossible to receive a call back from them leaving messages upon messages somehow I ended up not having anything saved through this whole time I have been trying to play catch up with groceries personal needs etc since day one until this day September 20 but recently here for the last couple months didnt call backs had been awesome usually the same day or the next day I will receive response get money has become so much easier I have been able to call them tell them what I need how much and they have sent the check out that day or if not by the next day so they have been more enjoyable and more easier to work with so I have to give them a higher. There are still a little something that need to be worked on getting statements each month for how much and where my money being spent how much is saved but I do have a lot less complaints towards them I hope they keep on improving and doing a better job . I do not give a statement saying where my money went what bills are paid what they keep up for me I have requested all months since and was expressed she couldnt I honestly think I have not proven yet I am in the process that money of mine is missing it doesnt add up right .

Kelly Goldie I have enjoyed working with our SBA Advisor for the last 3 years. Our company is finally in the position to purchase our own building.
