Michael Maknojia Hung up on me 4 times.. smfh. Was just calling to inquire about investing more money with my fiances money that was already there . Not by choice. Thought that was real unprofessional... Typical financial institutions tryin to hold your money...makin more off your $$$

Kayla K This Is my favorite branch out of them all!!!!! I will only go thru them unless Im out of town. I recommend northwest to everyone. I rarely have issues and when I do they will help you fix the issue in a timely manner..they do need some help on some days.
