This was our third move and the prior two times faced issues with lack of attention, false promises, and overall poor performance. Gayle Thomas and Princeton Financial completely reversed that trend. They provided a fantastic rate, locked it in, and overall provided a responsive level of service. There was a level of care that was not present in the prior purchases.
