1 /5 Courtney Lutz: HORRIBLE customer service! Branch manager (Dan) was rude while talking to me about a loan. I tried to explain to him that one of his employees told me I was accepted for the loan and just had to finish uploading pictures. However, when he took over my loan application he told me I wasnt going to be able to get the loan and just ignored my concerns of the misinformation his employees are telling customers. He complained how I didnt answer any of his calls but when I called back I was told he would return my call in 10 minutes and never did. He wasted my time over the whole thing and didnt care to try to work with me at all. I will NEVER suggest this branch to anyone!

5 /5 Brian Bailey: I was hesitant to get involved with a finance company for a number of reasons but I needed to consolidate my bills so I took advantage of the opportunity. OneMain had been sending me information for months and came highly recommended through my Capital One card so I looked into it. After some research and some calculations for my situation, it seemed like a great fit for me and came with some optional benefits that will, in the long run work well for what I need. Angi at the York branch was professional and thorough in what she presented and very upfront with how things work. I asked needed questions and she answered every one quickly and completely. I feel very comfortable in having made this decision.

1 /5 Foodie In love: I also have had nothing but horrible experiences with this york office. I feel like they are all trained to be disrespectful, condescending and treat people like theyre stupid. Tone of voice, irritation when trying to ask questions and rude. They talk over you, yell at you, laugh at you, when youre just trying to understand. This York office is filled with arrogant people who act as if its their money youre trying to borrow. If Cathy still works there, never deal with her. Awful customer service. Nothing like being made fun of and embarrassed while trying to get thru hard times.
