Mike Submitted the renewal application for my grandmothers benefits 2 months ago, back on the first week of June, as of today, August 5, the application still has not been processed, the case worker, a Miss Gordon, calls once super early in the morning, asking to return her call, then proceeds to never answer despite calling 30+ times My grandmothers benefits were set to expire on July/31 and this is the same exact BS that happened last year as well where the case worker then never got around to processing it, and my grandmothers benefits ended up lapsing for an entire month

After digging into my accounts and understanding how much I was really paying, I moved my money out. You’re almost always better off doing DIY investing with platforms like Fidelity, Vanguard, or even Robinhood, rather than giving away a percentage of your portfolio every year for advice that may not actually serve your best interest. If you do go with Lehigh Valley Investment Group, ask directly and specifically how your advisor is compensated. That includes AUM fees, commissions, and revenue-sharing from the products they recommend. Don’t just take “we’re here to help” at face value—follow the money.
