Pat Mock I would advise any one dealing with Raymond James or Fred Thomas to have any and all communication with them documented preferably email because they will do the best thing for themselves not what they are told to do .best advice is to get away from both of them. Bill Baughman Weve been a customer of this bank location for over 30 years now. Theres been numerous changes here over the years. But its still our go-to bank. I agree the bank is different than it was even 5 years ago, you dont get that welcome feeling in there you used to. I know theres not a demand for the psychical bank as much as before. But Ive been in PNC Bank (My Fathers Bank) due to his health condition. Long story short, I REALLY like my bank even the way it is over PNC any day...The poor customer service there and all of the extra charges they were applying to a fixed income elderly man. Shame on PNC Bank..

R. A. L. K. I really like doing business at this location. The only inconveniences are the auto-lock doors they use to enter/exit are tricky.. You have to wait until one closes before theyll buzz you in at the second. Same goes for exiting. The people are very friendly though and there are stools at the counter, which is nice.
