Sure enough I called all state this evening and it was still active so a representative respectfully helped me finalize the request I made 2 days ago... Shady business practice, as if Im unaware they make a percentage off of my policy, the longer it sits open... Go to Russ Black, theyre honest and wont feed you bull

Stephanie Volkar I have been a client of The Tax Lady for YEARS. I do not understand all these poor reviews. I wouldnt keep going to her if she wasnt amazing. Shes ethical and absolutely does her best to get the maximum return.
