I was dealing with 5 other agencies for my car insurance and they got it by far. the girls here (Emel , Shevy, Rivky) are well trained , i get a reply within 5 minutes of any question asked, and thats besides the fact they got me prices 25% cheaper then anyone else.

We had no idea that an insurance agent could be so helpful! Ed is amazing - in the first year he saved us $$$ just by looking into our policies and talking through our options. He is honest about what coverage is essential for our needs, and what coverage is optional and may not be as useful to our personal needs. Every time Ive had a question he answers it right away with an email, or a phone call, or both! I would give Ed a hundred stars if that were an option. :)

Sean Christie This office has been charging my father for insurance since March 2024 after we sent them a DMV return notice that we no longer have the vehicle in March 2024. They have been charging my father who has dementia every single month. I have provided them with proof that I returned it. The gentleman I sent it to his name is rich. I have asked Laura to call me multiple times with no response. My next step is going to consult an attorney. This should be a crime. This is ridiculous.
