1 /5 Ms. Elizabeths Learning Time: Went here today after calling at 9am and being told the store would open when the computers are up? Got there at 9:30 to find the gates down. Waited 15 minutes for owner to open. I was told DMV listed my husbands accident was as his fault. So he couldnt service us. Sent me to another brokerage office who helped us and looked at me oddly when I mentioned the accident. Saying oh but he was hit from behind. ??? I am disgusted at how businesses treat people in the Bronx.
