Jack Well folks this is yet another 5 star review from this Google Guide. Today I have to share my experience obtaining new auto insurance from my newly discovered local Agent The Robert C. Dempcy Insurance Agency! Are you tired of getting that AI bot shuffle when you try to call your internet based auto insurance company? If this is the best that AI can present, Im not going to worry about it taking over the world, because it couldnt even connect me to a customer service representative! Oh! But wait!.... maybe thats what it was meant to do! Hmmmmmm! I finally decided to seek a local Agent and meet and talk to real people again like the old days before the internet. At Robert C. Dempsey Insurance Agency they have a and I mean this literally a Bricks and Morter office building! As soon as you walk in you will probably be cheerfully greeted by Angie Pierce Agent/ CSR extraordinaire! See Pic. Angie actually, and get this, listened to my needs and the issues I was having with my current internet based Insurance company, and blew their doors off!!. I got a lower deductible, higher limits of liability, a comercial policy, and a cost savings to boot! All delivered with a cheerful smile! Now thats customer service! Stop into The Robert C. His agents are readily equipped to handle any question regarding all fields of insurance.
