James Pusateri I haven’t had much experience with jewelers until recently. I bought my fiancés engagement ring through a custom ring designer and purchased a warranty to cover pretty much anything. When a couple of the prongs on her ring bent, I submitted a claim and the warranty company told me to go to any jeweler for a repair. We walked into Jered Jewelers in consumer square on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Amherst, NY. We were greeted by one of the top three customer service people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting - Neil Gablenz. He greeted us and made us feel right at home, during what was a stressful time - having brought a very important piece of jewelry in to be repaired. He assured us that we were in good hands, and he was absolutely right. We left the ring and were told it would be ready in about a week. Not even five days later, Neil called and told us it was ready to be picked up. We came back to pick up the ring, and met with Neil again. Still charming, still friendly, so it wasn’t just a one off day that we met him and were absolutely pleased with his customer service oriented mentality. He is the real deal. The repair was perfect. We were so happy with it that we decided to pick out our wedding bands right there in the store. Neil spent a good hour with us as we looked over what felt like every ring in the store. We decided on exactly what we wanted and placed our order. These were being made to order so we were told they’d be ready on August 6. We received a call from Neil on August 3 that they were ready (three days early) so we went in to get them. The rings were as beautiful as we’d hoped and Neil was right there with us as we tried them on - and he shared in our excitement. Great job all around from customer service to quality of the jewelry itself. We are fans of Jered and it’s largely due to Neil as the face of your company that we first met, enjoyed seeing again, and look forward to seeing when we come back for future jewelry needs! I know this is supposed to be a review about Jered Jewelers, and I may have made it a bit of a review about Neil, but as long as he works there - the two go hand in hand to me. 100/10 highly recommend! Customers for life.

Monica Palmer Melted down a family wedding ring for bands of my own and they did a fantastic job creating exactly what I wanted!! Plus they have a beautiful selection for shopping, this is the best jewelry shop around!!

Ramses Capellan II Found Robert while searching for a jewelry store close to home. Came in on a Sunday afternoon with my wife needing a couple of things. Was able to find the perfect chain for my pendant and get some rings adjusted/polished. Highly recommend checking this place out. I’m looking forward to coming back again in the future for all my jewelry needs!

Evan Ramlochan I took my grandmothers 1.50 carat diamond ring to Syndicate Diamonds, and they educated me on the four Cs of the diamond. They made me an offer that was 3 times more than the other shops I went to, even the ones located in the Diamond District in Manhattan! I would highly recommend them, especially if you want to get the most money you can!

Christina Broecker Mills is amazing. They created a custom engagement & wedding band for us. I’ve also had them repair older jewelry. Adding lost diamond chips & fixing prongs. They are reasonable & pay close attention to detail. I worked with Brian on my custom set. He was patient with my million ideas. End result is beautiful & we couldn’t be happier. We were even invited to watch the engagement ring be assembled in the store. Turn around, customer service and quality are fantastic. I recommend mills to anyone looking. Superior quality to chain jewelers. Don’t cut corners with something as important as your diamond(s).

Ayden Vuuchi I would recommend Elias at Habibi Jewelers for all and any jewelry needs. His shop was not only clean but the aesthetic was on point. From necklaces and chains, to rings, watches, and earrings he had them all! Definitely a must see!

I’ve been in search of the perfect length sterling silver necklace and Kathe, Leila and the team were so patient with me and took their time to show me so many options. I even found a cute cat charm and they made sure it fit the new necklace I got. I also found an adorable bracelet and they were willing to add additional links so that it fits my wrist perfectly.
