I had to make one of the tougher financial decisions when I found out that creditors from a previous relationship were coming back to haunt me. By haunt me I mean wage garnishment, I am the sole provider of my household and working my butt off to provide for my family and to give my little girl a good life. Well when the wage garnishments started I looked over my credit report and there were a lot of creditors that would be lining up to garnish my paychecks and take away from my family after one was paid off. I was in a bind and didnt know what to do. I knew of bankruptcy but didnt know how it operated. I did a Google search for Bankruptcy attorneys in Orange County, NY and Daren Webber was one of the lawyers that popped up. I liked the reviews I read and decided to call Daren up. He got me into his office as soon as MY schedule seen fit, which by the way was 6:30pm, and met with me for a little more than two hours. He explained to me the bankruptcy process, what would happen, how it would happen, what he would do for me and what I had to do. During this meeting he went over my credit report and all throughout the time explaining to me the details of this process. At the end of our almost two hour meeting came the dreaded question from me to him, "How much is this going to cost me" And let me say that Daren is very reasonable and understanding of an individuals financial situation. I mean lets be honest, if you are meeting with Daren for a problem with your credit, youre not in the greatest financial situation. So Daren worked with me to come up with the fee for his services. After the initial meeting I shook this mans hand thanking him for his help and kindness. When I got in my vehicle that night I knew that this man, this attorney, was going to help me get a fresh start on a bad financial situation. I called Daren the very next day and set up an appointment, now mind you I work overnights and Daren was willing to meet with me at 7am when I got off of work, thats how dedicated to his clients this man is. So earlier today a little after 10am, I filed for bankruptcy, all with the help and guidance of Daren Webber. As I was shaking this mans hand thanking him I had to fight back the emotions because I knew that this man was helping me to a new financial start and a new opportunity to rebuild my credit and I couldnt have done it without his services. So if you are in the same situation I was and are looking for answers, and or solutions give Daren a call.
