Their exact words to me were “ Until you give us more money, we’re not lifting a pencil”. And that was after being into them for over $12,000. I was assured by them that this was common business practice, But I found their ethics to be below par.

1 /5 Curran Fahey: I wouldnt recommend this firm to my worst enemy. Disorganized, unfocused, and overall unprofessional. I was assigned a lawyer at the beginning of my case, who sent one incoherent email and was fired. I was charged for that email. Then Jean took the case. During pre-trial meeting, I was looking for a settlement but was not allowed in the room. I read after the fact that goes against my client rights. Then they presented me a $15k retainer request with 1 day to pay or theyd stop work. This was 3 weeks before trial. I had a previous retainer agreement (for $3.5k) and had been keeping my account balanced up until that point. Ive never been invoiced in a manner like that. I consulted with other lawyers about taking the case but they would refuse to do so since they wouldnt have time to prepare. They sent me confidential emails from other cases multiple times. Makes me wonder who they sent my information to. All of this resulted in a poor outcome for my case. Further, a large part of the case is still open and I now have to find different representation. This was after a year and about $20k spent. Better off putting your money in a bonfire. AVOID.
