Communication was poor throughout my case — I often had to chase them for updates and rarely heard from the attorney directly. I felt like just another case file, not a client they cared about. The outcome was underwhelming, and I was left feeling unsupported and misled. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable, hands-on legal representation -- worst injury attorney in New York!
