1 /5 Kristin S.: If I could leave zero… I would. Terrible experience with a lawyer especially as a first time homebuyer. Zero advocacy, no accountability for lack of effort or accountability when working for THEIR client. Comments and reviews prior are not misinformation and exactly the same experience I had. They had to be pushed to do anything. Never returned phone calls. They always had an excuse as to why nothing was getting done or why they couldn’t review things when already sitting around for 80 days waiting for probate court things to move along OR pointing the finger at the selling party. The only reason I think the closing was completed was because I had enough with the games and lost it when they were worrying about a will that they should have reviewed months before but were SO worried about when they should have been more worried about the shed missing from the property when it was assesed with it already. If you used Carthage Savings, make sure to not use this law firm!!
