After sending out an inquiry email, I received an immediate reply from Tiffany with a very competitive offer. I think their return policy is a perfect balance of giving a buyer some recourse if an online purchase isnt what they had in mind but not being so overly generous that one wonders if a watch was purchased, tried, and returned numerous times. Shipping was overnight and every communication I had with Tiffany was answered in a very timely fashion. I will definitely do business with them again.
