1 /5 Phuong Hoang: Terrible customer service that ignores potential new customers. I messaged them to ask if they offer a promo code to first-time customers, and they said yes. They asked which piece I was interested in, so I sent them the link to a pair of antique diamond earrings on their site. But they never responded. I messaged back to ask about the code again and they read my message, but never responded. I guess they don’t need the business.

5 /5 Chi Swift: I had an art nouveau ring I purchased from somewhere else. I was never happy with the low color of the OMC diamond. I sent it to VEJ and it came back with a beautiful white OMC. The setting was very intricate so other jewelers had turned down the job. VEJ is a great company to work with whatever your antique jewelry needs are!
