Johnny, the owner, answered most of my questions and agreed to find out more about things he was unsure of and get back to me, which he did the next day. During our conversations, I learned things I hadn’t known before that might have caused me to make the wrong purchase. Johnny’s knowledge and his honesty relieved whatever hesitation I still had about buying something, sight unseen, from a store on the other side of the country. I felt I could trust him and I was right. From the point of sale to the day of delivery, Johnny handled everything promptly and efficiently, giving me constant updates. The product proved to be everything he described and the appraisal he included assured me that I had made a wise choice. So I decided to try and see if I can fill it in until I get implants, due to my medical condition I can’t do it now. Either I had to go into the city or online if I wanted the top of the line fronts, but I try to see if the Bronx could do it. I went in and told them want I needed, took the mold and waited a week(I ordered 18k bridge with diamond cuts fangs). I was not disappointed, as soon as I seen them and put them on, I got my confidence back and was happy that I could at least smile again without a gap. Since then I’ve been back her to buy my chain, fix a diamond engagement ring and will be back to buy my daughters chain. Thanks King Jewelry for everything!
