Heidi Luna Brought in my wedding ring for repair, as one of small stones had fallen out and needed replacement and the prongs had worn down and it also needed welding and cleaning from 30 years of wear and use.. I was pretty nervous leaving it but was assured it would be safe and I was very pleased with the outstanding service of Matthew James Jewelers and how beautiful my ring turned out!! Hailee was absolutely wonderful and super patient while we tried on multiple rings and answered all of our questions. She made the experience truly amazing with her insight and suggestions. We left extremely happy with our choices and cant wait to wear our forever wedding bands, the quality of brilliant earth is truly one of a kind.
