It wasnt a serious accident but my new vehicle was smacked by a guard rail. The Brooks insurance team (Stuart, Blythe) went right to work in recommending a collision center near my home. The repair to my vehicle was completed in four days to my satisfaction. In short the service performed the Brooks team as well as the re pair center was superb. Stuart is super attentive and makes things as seamless and stress free as possible; all while bringing compassion to the table. When I first started with me, he got me the best rate Id ever had, and hes kept up that same above and beyond attitude throughout. I couldnt imagine going elsewhere.
