1 /5 Mauricio Mino: I can’t speak for this particular agent but Liberty Mutual has time and time again shown me how horrible they are internally and in customer support. Today for a simple conversation about an error on their part(not the first and definitely not the least costly) the customer agent, who had a terrible silence all through out the call even giving me a whole minute of silence when I simply asked to speak to a supervisor, just hangs up the phone when I request to speak to their resolutions department as I’ve had a over charge and they didn’t even update my policies appropriately. Do not recommend them, you need to develop a special skill just to get through their automated voicemail to speak to a rep.
