She was helpful to me after I expressed my concerns about my policy and a quote I was recently given and she didn’t have to go the extra mile but she did and I’m forever grateful for her kindness and thoughtfulness. David Yanz The Woodbury Insurance Agency has (2) very competent and friendly insurance agents in the office on most days. Irene and Kim have given me excellent service over the many years that I have been working with them. They are always willing to go the extra mile for you in helping, and explaining any questions. To be honest, they are probably the main reason that I have remained with Allstate, and a customer of this agency. Good, personal service is hard to find these days, but the Woodbury Agency still has it. A 1-800-xxx-xxxx based company and agency does not work for me.
