5 /5 johnathan cruz: The way Luis talks about insurance he truly makes me feel like I’ve been a car guy my whole Life his enthusiasm his excitement u can tell he truly cares about his customers and not only getting them the best deal possible but also educating them as well with certain things. Which it’s cool it’s like not only am I getting a great deal but I’m getting information from a guy who knows his stuff. In the past I’ve dealt with ppl who just try to stiff you to make themselves look good. And it turns u off quickly. If I’m spending my hard earned money, I want it to be with ppl who care. Once I came down in person after speaking on the phone with luis I smiled and soft this is my guy. I had to make the switch from Geico to state. We need more guys like Luis, ultimate car guy!

1 /5 joe dempsey: This office is outright unprofessional There extremely rude They hang up on you when they don’t want to deal with you, i asked them to reopen an audit i have with workers comp and they refuse to open It there the only office that can do It as there office started my policy and they would not help. I have had a rep from State Farm do a 3 way call to try to figure out my situation , They said they would send the docs via email and still never send the docs. Silvana is truly unprofessional and very very rude

5 /5 Rose Rodriguez: Currently have been with state farm at this location for about 3 years. I was previously with GEICO but was not satisfied with the service nor my rate increase. No one cared to help me or help me there. So, I immediately inquired with State Farm at Steve Pantes office and spoke to Luis. Luis helped me tremendously and went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions and concerns were fully answered. Will be recommending this State Farm for future business! Five stars for full effort and excellent customer service.

Although i didn’t take the quote i will say Luis was very respectful and very helpful with providing me with information regarding my quote with you guys. I will definitely recommend this state farm as well as luis to many of my family members and friends.
