Sascha Percent There has not been a time where Kirk has not bent over backwards to make sure: 1. That he provided me with the best rate on my auto insurance, Home Owners and/or rental insurance. 2. If I had a question he would always take the time to make sure he answered all my questions and made sure I understood each one! 3. If I left a message for Kirk to call back, he always did to my utmost satisfaction and in a very timely manner. 4. It is not just the Allstate company BUT THE AGENT THAT MAKES Allstate the company it is! 5. If it wasnt for Kirk Im not sure I would have picked Allstate as my insurance company! 6. Kirk is the MAIN REASON I stay with Allstate!!!!!!!!

Kevin Olmstead Jackie was the best. I called her with a problem and she immediately got to work on a solution. Within hours she accomplished more than I could have asked for in several days time. I now have a better policy for a better price while having someone there who actually cares about my situation. I couldnt recommend the work that was done for me enough to pay back the time and money they saved me. An actual pleasure to work with. Thank you guys.

Jack Aversa Tammy clearly explained recommended coverage updates to our auto insurance and how to save by taking a defensive driving course and where it could be taken online. She also explained that we would need to transfer our homeowners policy after reconstruction begins (house was damaged beyond repair by a huge pine tree 1 year ago during a severe thunderstorm and hail storm).
