1 /5 Nicole Pare: Honestly, if I could give this office fewer than 1 star, I absolutely would. The communication they have with their clients is abhorrent. My insurance was cancelled (without my knowledge) and I wasnt notified by anyone. No one called me, emailed, no letter, nothing. I drove around for 43 days without insurance before the State of New York sent me a letter saying I had to pay them $370 or forfeit my tags. When I approached Brian Exfords office with the matter, they refused to assist me. They would not reimburse me (even though the fine was their fault), nothing. They re-upped my policy (yay insurance) but nothing else. Ive since switched offices and will send all of my friends to the new office, and all of my enemies to this one.
